Returns & exchanges

Ready-to-wear items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Engraved or resized pieces are final sale unless defective.

Bespoke and made-to-order designs require a deposit; cancellations after production begins forfeit the deposit portion covering work completed. We will always communicate milestones before irreversible steps.

To start a return, contact Client Services with your order number. We will provide a prepaid, insured label for eligible returns.
